Liam Kenney and Paladin Motorsports support Ft. Irwin Safety Day
Liam Kenney and Paladin Motorsports traveled to the U.S. Army National Training Center (NTC) at Ft. Irwin , California to support the annual Safety Day exhibitions. Through business acquaintances Liam and team owner, Reza Honarvar were made aware of the unique opportunity to support the soldiers undergoing advanced training at NTC. "We were excited to be able to support our country's soldiers and the opportunity to feature our team and rising star driver at Ft. Irwin . It is one small gesture we can make to repay these young men and women for all their hard work and dedication" The annual Safety Day is an educational event that featured displays and exhibits emphasizing a wide range of safety topics from dangers of Improvised Explosive Devises soldiers encounter in Iraq to motorcycle rider safety. Paladin Motorsports and Liam supported the outdoor exhibits and discussed the safety aspects of racing and the teamwork necessary to ensure safety on the track and in the paddock. The feedback and reception the team received was incredible from the nearly 5,000 people in attendance. As a gesture of their appreciation the Public Affairs Officer arranged for Liam and the team to tour their facilities and put them in one of the Bradley Fighting vehicles used by the Army. The team was duly impressed with the Bradley and its 15 liter engine. "This is a wonderful opportunity for me" reported Liam. "I loved the opportunity to say thank you to hundreds of young guys and girls in the Army that really have tough jobs. It was great that Paladin agreed to support the event and it's fantastic to meet so many racing fans that are supporting our country every day. I am very grateful to them for all they do."
